Positions
Supervisor: sets up the job site; labor, materials, subcontractors, sets up inspections, meets with the owners.
Forman: implements the scope of work and facilitates the subcontractors. The foreman is a problem solver and the eyes on-site to maintain the speed of the job, the quality of the job and to relay any pertinent information to the Supervisor/owner of the company. The foreman is hands-on in all aspects of the project. The foreman manages employees and performs demolition and other tasks as needed.
Carpenter: framing to finish carpentry, paints and install millwork, doors, hardware, etc. Performs demolition and other tasks as the job requires.
Carpenters Helper: are training to be carpenters. They perform similar duties as the carpenter under supervision. They do demolition, keep the job site clean and other tasks as required.
Laborer: Keeps jobs site clean, helps others as directed. Tasks may include painting and demolition.

Requirements
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor.
- Depends on position but to include a basic knowledge of construction/carpentry.
- Ability to carry heavy objects (with or without assistance).
- Ability to use various electrical and hand tools including powered saws, drills, hammers, tape measures, etc.
- Adhere to all safety policies including wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) while on the job and maintaining a drug-free work environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel.
