As your general contractor, we facilitate, schedule and build your ground-up projects to maintenance of buildings.

We manage and perform the construction of your project, including acquiring all of the subcontractors from excavators to all licensed trade professionals. We will also assist you in acquiring the required building permits.

Our carpenters and crew do frame to finish, wood to metal.

TBS Inc. is also happy to do building maintenance or complete smaller projects, per our clients requests such as installing doors, fixing holes, etc.

White Box Build-Outs & Fit-Ups

We also provide white box build-outs for your future tenants and can fit-up the space within a mall, strip mall or downtown retails space per your design.

Estimating/Pre-Construction

Thompson Building Services Inc. provides free estimates, as well as insight and suggestions to assist in the value engineering of our customer’s project.

We will provide full project estimates based upon your plans, from groundwork to the finished project ready to open or occupy.
