"Greetings! I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Rick Thompson and his team for the past 19 years (since I started in the Dunkin Donuts and real estate business). I have worked closely and done numerous projects from small finish work on a part of a damaged drive-thru overhang all the way up to multi-tenanted 12,000 square foot 4-acre site developments. We have done over a couple of dozen projects with Rick. The great thing about Rick and his team is they help us whether it is a small project (i.c. replacing some ceiling tiles or floor tiles) or whether it is a large project. It can be frustrating to find someone that does the small jobs but I can always count on Rick and his team to do them for me. Also, follow up with Rick and his team is always there, in fact, they always go above and beyond, especially with small details and even items like unloading my new equipment deliveries, which is not part of their contract, they just jump in and help out. They warranty their work and follow up with any and all issues that may arise. Rick also does a great job with all the paperwork, including billing, working with my bank, and lien waivers.
